The Ballroom at Oakhurst is Central Ohio’s only original mid-century modern event space! The Ballroom is a historic Columbus gem that can accommodate up to 300 guests inside the ballroom or outside on the beautiful, covered veranda. The view overlooks the Jack Kidwell-designed golf course and is a beautiful, natural backdrop for your wedding. In addition to the ballroom, a sitting room with the original mid-century modern stone fireplace and a baby grand piano welcomes guests as they check their coats. The White Oak Room is adjoined to the ballroom and provides a private space for bridal parties and family. The unique bar area can be integrated into the ballroom or used as a lounge area for cocktails. A portico at the entrance offers a covered area for drop-off or valet. Plenty of convenient onsite parking is available. Bridal party dressing room is available.

Reception Package Pricing
Friday Facility Fee: $1000
Sunday Facility Fee: $500
Full Day Rental Fee (10 am-12 am): $2500
Ballroom packages include:
• 5 hours of reception time
• ballroom and covered veranda access
• tables and chairs for ballroom
• two hours set up time prior to event start time
• one hour tear down time after event end time
On-Site Ceremony Fee: $250*
Includes an additional hour of time on top of the five hours. Includes setup and tear down of ceremony chairs. Ceremonies can be held on the covered patio and in the ballroom. *Please note your ceremony rehearsal reservation can not be placed more than 90 days before your event date. Within a three month to 30 day time frame before your event date, please contact us to schedule your ceremony rehearsal. We cannot guarantee a Friday evening rehearsal. Your officiant will need to be in charge of running the rehearsal.

Oakhurst has a liquor license that prohibits any outside alcohol from being brought into the facility. However, we offer full bar services for any event. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. The bar tab will be settled at the conclusion of your event.

In this option, the host pays based on actual guest consumption using the cash pricing rates below. A $250 set-up fee applies which may be waived if a $2000 beverage minimum is met.
