Imagine your guests arriving to your event to be greeted with an hors d’oeuvre
display of fresh, chilled jumbo shrimp accompanied by marinated asparagus wrapped
in prosciutto. At the same time, they are tempted by the smoked gouda on a cracker
spoon and gourmet flatbread pizzas being butlered by our professional staff.
As they make their way in to the ballroom, an Oakhurst Signature Salad awaits them;
mixed greens with tomato, onion, sunflower seeds, bacon bits and croutons topped
with an apple cider vinaigrette dressing.
Next, the guests are treated to a buffet of Asian BBQ Flank Steak and Chicken Roma,
accompanied by Asaigo scalloped potatoes and a roasted vegetable medley.
The guests complete their meal by visiting the gourmet coffee station complete with
flavored syrups, shaved chocolate, lemon and orange zest, cinnamon sticks
and whipped cream or our full-service bar.
